Buckshot, I'll leave question one to Pelican.  S/N 241213 appears to have been produced on the original test choke setting, 24/64, until the DT-1 test on 9/11/11 when it was restricted to a 18/64" orifice.  I can't account for the large discrepancy between the Initial Production report and the first months cumulative production but the decline from the first month to the 12th. is within the range of potential decline.  Have you compared this well's production and decline to others in the immediate vicinity?

Checking the others in the area this weekend, I have the records at office an hour or so away, was asked about both wells this morning at a breakfast meeting, will look at the others in area THANKS.

You can check the wells from any computer by going to SONRIS Lite, search Wells By Section-Township-Range.  Leave the section query box blank and enter the township and range.  Then scroll through the wells by section looking for status 10 wells that are listed as Haynesville Units.  Click on those wells and review the IP and production history.

i don't know to much about this chesapeake well 241213.  on 242978 - the cook taylor 12-h1, it was never a barn burner after the first couple of months.  not sure what happened.  on 10/13/2011 it went to zero and came back up on 12/26 at about 1000/d mcf for a couple of days and went back down. on 1/8/2012 it came back up to around 1000/d. maybe it will stay at that rate.  who knows.

the production in 9/2011 was 12479 Mcf.  10/2011 - 6410 Mcf.  11/2011  - zero.  12/2011 it was 2421 Mcf.  this is all at 15.025 pressure base, the same that will be reported to the DNR.

Hey Pelican.  I think you have those serial #'s switched.  241213 is one of mine (not a CHK well) and your info matches it  for 10/2011 as listed on Sonris.  So, it looks like no royalties pretty much for Nov. & Dec.  Hmmmm.....not very encouraging.  Thanks for the leg work and being "boots on the ground"!

Pelican or Skip- My well is located 9N-12W  Sec.20 serial no. 242935. It is not listed on Sonris yet, however, I got some info yesterday 3/18/12. If you guys could tell me the state potential etc. I would appreciate it. The info Temp 94.2-Plate 2.1250-Meter 55.6-Flow 8100-Volts 28.2-PSIG 1179.0-MCFID 8100-Accumulative 157380

richard, sure your well is listed on SONRIS.  It just doesn't show the potential report or completion data because it either has not been received by the LOC or they haven't entered the information in the database. It should be available soon.
