Hello! I'm new to this site. I just found out a month ago my family is heir to a share of Royalty Interest in the Alexander Unit 1H well near San Augustine, currently in production since April of this year. I would like to connect with others who might be involved with this well.

While I am not in the Pooling Unit for the Alexander well, the drilling site is on my property (Cartwright Survey). Reason I am not in the unit is the well is on north side of my property but the penetration point in to the formation is well north of my property line. I am in the Phelps unit which is drilled at the same pad site but goes south. Hence, I have not kept up with production figures on the Alexander Unit. Good luck on that well
Thank you for the reply George. Like I said, we just found out a month ago and I've been learning all I can about it. I understand it's quite a large well with great production potential. Thanks for playing a part in this and may it provide some great benefit for our families!
Welcome Ron and congratulations. My family is in the sister Phelps unit. This is a good website to get information from a lot of different individuals. There are landowners and a lot of industry insiders on the site. If you don't have it, your Texas Railroad Commission lease id for Alexander is
268323. With that, you can look up a lot of information about the well as productions continues.
Regards,
JR

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
