Does anyone know the meaning of the different colors of the streamers on the survey stakes? I noticed new stakes with different colors this week on FM 354 north of 21 in the Denning community. These colors are different than the colors of the first survey/seismograph done some months ago. The colors then were blue/white/orange, these are yellow/green.

I live on FM 354 and I think these new stakes belong to the utility company installing new telephone cable. I have seen the surveyors marking them along Hwy 21 as well as FM 354.
