Looks like operator has rig on location / spud first well on 7/7

Assuming that they will drill all three wells back-to-back-to-back

I know the first Well started producing in November 2011. I’m more interested in the two new Wells that were permitted and what their status is now.

The three API numbers you listed were permitted in April / these are the ones I a referring to as to rig being on location

Original well drilled by CHK in 2011.

405-30435, Hatch GU SAG #1H

New permits by Rockcliff beginning on March 27 this year.

405-30933, Hatch GU SAG #1HB, permit approved 4-02-26, amended to Hatch 'A' #1HB, add NPZs, admin approved 6-03-26; amend & SWR Hold

405-30934, Hatch GU SAG #2HB, permit approved 4-02-26, amended to Hatch 'B' #2HB, add NPZs, admin approved 4-29-26; amend & SWR Hold

405-30935, Hatch GU SAG #3HB, permit approved 4-02-26, amended to Hatch 'C' #3HB, add NPZs, admin approved 4-29-26; amend & SWR Hold

The newest permits are amendments to removed the NPZs (non-perf zones where there are unleased mineral owners) in the wellbore and expedite SWR 37 approval via notice of publication in the paper. Admin approved adding the NPZs without a hearing but there will be Notice by Publication to parties involved and any protests received will likely cause a hearing to be held. The wells can be drilled but they won't be turned to sales until this matter is settled.

Rockcliff is extremely slow with royalty payments.  Took them a year after first month of production to start paying on the first Olympia Fields well.  

They pay, but it probably won't be soon.  Good Luck!
