Is there any news on the Higginbotham unit?
Has anyone received division orders on the Higginbotham Unit?
Well Group, they finally listed the well as shut in non perforated(un-fracked).
I was contacted in mid December about my unleased interest in this well and was told that they would send me my owner # for it, and a lease to sign and still have not received it.
Has any of my cousins that has signed there leases received any word on what there plan is?
The Lease they offered me IMHO should be a crime!, Gives away all my other Minerals, Any other Minerals on other property IN UNIT OR NOT!, And I have to pay to get my Minerals out of the ground. all for $500 an acre and 20%.
They do know there is a producing well, right?! Nine weeks in and a total of 448,759 MCF not to bad of a well.
