A lot of questions have been asked about rig activity. I found this site that has an interactive map showing the rigs working anywhere. You can drill down to Shelby County and see all rigs working on any given day.

They show 8 rigs working Shelby County Texas now. 5 in San Augustine (nrthwst area) pretty much all in the County Line area. Nacgdoches County has 12.

Good website. You can track rig activity anywhere in the world.
