I've heard a rumor that there is an offer going on in the Buena Vista area. We have land in that area but have not been contacted by anyone. If I'm not mistaken the amount I heard was around $500 an acre and asked not to accept the first offer. That's just a rumor, nothing concrete since we haven't been contacted directly by anyone.

I recently leased some interests near Timpson to OXT OIL and Gas.  They were very good to deal without throughout the leasing process.The deal that I made was along the lines that Carter has outlined.  I don't know if that is who is leasing in the Buena Vista area, but I suspect it is.
