I'd like to talk to a SWN landman about some unleased minerals in SE part of Shelby Co.  The main # in Houston keeps sending me to owner relations recording.  Thx

Very helpful, thx jffree.  Actually got a guy on the phone and gave and got info.   jffree could you help me get a step ahead by letting me know the status of the P. Risinger well in the Rowe A-585 survey being drilled (or completed?) by SWN?  Any IP results yet?  On the map I got (with yr help) it says it's a 370 acre well.  RR
I haven't seen an IP on any of the Risinger wells, RR.  Everything permitted in A-585 has been drilled.

Leave your number and your location. They should call back.  We leased with SWN last year and as of May, SWN sold the deep rights to XTO...which we feel is a good thing.

Thanks Lee.   I know XTO is drilling deep wells all over and that's good.   I'm also aware of the SWN Timberstar Blackstone well that came in at 13 million cubic feet per day from H'ville shale down in the Rowe A-585 survey in SE Shelby Co.  So.....who will do a better job?  Flip a coin?  I'm open to more of your thoughts tho.   Have you seen wells popping up around your minerals like I have?  It's exciting, and no-one wants to be left out.

Hey Ringo Roo!

All family members involved in this lease live out of state.  I need help on knowing more about shallow rights and deep well rights.  SWN retained shallow and XTO bought the deep well rights.  Wynn Trust H-1, James Rowe survey A-585.

Lee

Hello - my family has mineral rights in James Rowe and we just thought the Wynn Trust must be stalled or something due to XTO taking over fro SWN; we haven't heard anything on it. We are getting royalties from the Timberstar Blackstone but were supposed to also get them from Wynn Trust. Do you know if Wynn Trust is producing and if so, are you and yours receiving royalties yet? Thanks!!
Mel, SWN completed Harris B #1H and TS-Blackstone #1H in Shelby and the Crest C #1H in Sabine.  The others are all shut in it seems and I would expect that XTO will complete them eventually.
Thanks jffree1
