Is there any speculation or prospects for Shelby County for the year of 2015. Last 3 years have been horrible for many businesses (banking, retail, etc). Some business are feeling the pain more than others.
Just wanted to get some idea of what to expect for 2015. I understand about all the speculation, however if someone could be please enlighten me as well as the other novices about the various "what if's" for this market?

Marcellus gas is cheaper than Haynesville gas, but some companies without Marcellus leasehold might drill in Haynesville in 2015. Look for a few wells to get drilled within existing units, where it makes sense to the operator, but probably not a lot of new activity. It probably looks like 2014
In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
