Could someone put up a map showing these two surveys?  I think they're pretty close to one another.  We have some minerals in the SW corner of L T Wilburn 775   and  wondering are those SWN wells in the James Rowe 585  coming close to us.   Offers began to dribble in a few weeks ago, they offered 1500 but willing to pay 2000 acre, 25%, vert & horiz pugh....I been holding out for more...am I wise or no?

L T Wilburn is north and a little east of James Rowe.
Thanks, Spr Branch.  And I did find a map of surveys in that area on another Shelby Co discussion. Looks like Southwestern and XTO are drilling deep (12,000 ft +) Haynesville wells in southeast Shelby Co, whereas most of the time they've been after James Lime at 10,000 ft or so.  Anybody who gets any well drilled at these  nat gas prices is lucky, I guess.   How far along is that SWN  Timberstar Black well that's drillin the NE part of James Rowe survey?  Anybody know?
Timberstar-Blackstone GU 1#1H was completed last fall.  The IP was 13.231 MMcfd on a 27/64 choke with 6280# flowing pressure.
Thanks jffree,    13million a day seems like a darn good well.   On TV everybody is talking about natural gas as a solution or at least a bridge to the future.  Things are looking up.
