Wildcat Well / Completion Depth at 12,300' - Total Depth 17,500'

They have a ton of legacy acreage HPB from shallow wells from late 90's through 2005 so it will interesting to see if they step it up further in getting into the game in E.Texas for Haynesville/Bossier play.

Slide from their last investor report (pg 79) says they have plans for 3-4 wells in the area for 2010.

I wouldn't expect to see them getting into a hurry. 2-4 wells in 2010 is a toe in the water, though.
PEOPLE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS FOR ME PLEASE. OK THE DOG LEG IS GOING TO BE 5200FT THIS IS THE LONGEST I HAVE SEEN. DOES THIS MEAN THAT MARATHON CAN DRILL FATHER BECAUSE THE DRILL IN THE OCEAN ALL THE TIME OR WHAT.
kevin, i havent looked at the permit but i would hazard to guess that it is the shape of the unit that allows for such a long latteral.
