The Boone unit does not have any 42 acre tract's. There is one 42 acre tract in the Crockett unit with the name Brown. You can get the map from the railroad commission.

I have minerals in the Boone unit and the well is almost complete
I'm not having any luck with the link... I get a 404 error (not found).

Tract #3 of the Boone Unit is 42 acres.

The leases are filed under Crockett and the ratifications are filed under Boone???
2 of the leases are under the last name of Elizabeth borders brown trustee for Luke B Brown- Ronnie Brown.
There is a 42 acre tract in the Crockett as Luke B. Brown. I was wrong, the Boone has a 42 acre tract under Menefee. I am going by what's on the unit maps and those names may not be the mineral owners

The pooled leases filed under 1 location and the pooled ratifications filed under a different location. This is were my confusion comes in.
The rail road commission address is.
