Just a permit at the moment. Devon has only one rig drilling Haynesville wells in Shelby right now and it is on the Battle Gas Unit #1H.
You can check Les B's "Texas Drilling Rigs" every weekend to see which wells are being drilled in your county:

It is my understanding the pad has been put in place and drilling activity will begun soon.
