Does anyone know of any drilling activity in Union Parish, particularly from Farmerville west to the Claiborne line.  I've heard some "talk" of wells to be drilled but nothing confirmed.  Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info guys.  I greatly appreciate it.

According to SONRIS Lite the SWN BML PROP 31-22-1H well in the Ora Field was spudded on 2/19/2012 and as of 2/20/2012 was drilling at 2185 feet.

Thank you for the well information.   Will you be posting this report often?

BK

SONRIS Lite is very erratic about when they post info at their site. Sometimes they are far behind real time, but luckily the above posting was pretty quick. You can check for their latest report at this link:

Just enter the well serial number, 244319 .

B. Kenner, I suggest that you join the LSBD Group if you are not already a member.  As you read through the discussions on the Group Main Page look to the very bottom of the page and click on "Follow".  That way every time a new reply is posted to that discussion you will get an email alert.  If you make a reply in a discussion thread, you automatically start to receive the alerts.  There are a lot of comments on the LSBD Prospect and not everyone is as conscientious as obed to post the same reply in multiple discussion threads.  You wouldn't want to miss anything now, would you?

Thanks,  I sure do not want to miss a thing.  I do not want to get in your way either when I ask questions.

You're not in the way, B.  Our problem or challenge is that we have associated content not only being posted in multiple discussion threads but also in multiple groups.  It makes it too easy to miss something.

It seems other parish have activity...why not Union?

Because the discussions covering Union Parish are primarily in the Lower Smackover/Brown Dense Group.

Thanks for the update.
