We have property that is on the end of the seismic line. About 3-4 years ago an exploration company came out to drill holes in the seismic line and paid us for 3 holes on our property. We have been approached with the same offer of 3oo/acre and 1/5 royalty. We were wondering if we should expect more since we are on the seismic line. Any insight would be appreciated.
