Just talked to a guy from Twin Cities. He checked on my property and said that yes, I do own the mineral rights. Now I guess I just sit back and wait on somebody to contact me. I am guessing that right now they are concentrating on the neighborhoods inside the Bossier City limits, and haven't started in on the rural areas yet.

The deed doesn't say one way or another, the title company said that whatever rights the previous owners had, came to me when they sold me the place. There are no exclusions listed either.
