I'm right in the same area. My land is behind the levee at the end of Hill Street, behind 601 Joannes St. The fellow who owns 20 acres next to me is trying to group acreage together, but I dont know if he is including individual lots like yours. I will ask him. I am not aware of anyone back there who is organizing anything else, but I have a cousin who owns quite a few lots back in Hunter, and ya'll may want to get together.
