Maggie, I think I am up to 16,500 or more. Do you want me to try to include yours in with mine? Have you talked to VM at all? I am going to see if he wants a piece of that too Let me know asap. If you want in, I will need your contact info for the landman. Mrs. Frenchie DeV said they are up to 15k, but they already have an agreement with a broker. My deal is with a major company, so no broker fees!

Hey Maggie,

I'm right in the same area. My land is behind the levee at the end of Hill Street, behind 601 Joannes St. The fellow who owns 20 acres next to me is trying to group acreage together, but I dont know if he is including individual lots like yours. I will ask him. I am not aware of anyone back there who is organizing anything else, but I have a cousin who owns quite a few lots back in Hunter, and ya'll may want to get together. I dont want to put his info on here w/o his permission, but if you call me, I will give you that. My # is 869-2926. My name is David, in case it isnt showing anywhere on this site.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
