I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner! I have been very busy and have not been able to get on here, Thank you for leaveing a message for me and the news to share with you at this time isn't much, they are still in the process of the shoot. When I spoke to one of the workers he said that they are doing over 4000 square miles around here, so it will take some time. Most o/g are going to wait till they see the co. that has paid for the project to make a move, then they will know that something is there. Now there are a couple of land men sniffing around and offering peanuts to anyone that will take it now. No thank you for me! I will wait.
I have a list of people that I will be getting back with as things get rolling, and you are one of them. Talk to you later.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
