Mike, you should contact XTO and give them a change of address. There is a contact page on their website where you can send an e-mail.  Be sure and tell them the county and the well name also.

Yep, that sounds right on the production.  It will still be several months before you see a royalty check.  XTO is famously late on everything.

No, you won't see production from the cyclones well.  That is drilled into another unit which doesn't include your acreage... unless you have more that I'm not aware of.  You have to pay close attention to the bold boundary lines of the unit and then look at the lines for the well to see where it is going.  They drill several horizontal wells from one pad now to cut down on costs.

Mike, use this link (bookmark it): http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/PR/publicQueriesMainAction.do

Use the first query box, set the type of report to pending (left button), select "6" for the district, type 705203 in the box.  That is your well's RRC ID or permit #.  Set the first date to Jan. 2011 and leave the second one alone.  Hit enter.

If you forget any of this, go join the RRC of Texas Help Center:

http://www.gohaynesvilleshale.com/group/trrchelpcenter

You will find instructions there for several different searches.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
