Hi Pamela. Are you involved in the Huskies D U Well No 1H. in Shelbyville. I gathered that from your mail. I hope you know more than I do. This website has helped me a lot. XTO Petroleum Landman contacted some of us last week. We are still in the dark. They are working on all the heirs to prove heirship I guess to get a clear title. What I understand is there has been no royalties paid. And well is listed waiting on completion. I have been to the sight. A lot of legalities involved. There are about 15 of us involved on our Grandmothers side. A lot more on Grandfathers side. I have been informed all of us own the mineral rights forever. There has been a lot of confusion the way this was presented to all of all. GHS referred me to the Mineral Rights site. I have really learned a lot. I am in W Monroe, La. Not far from you.Found out the Receivables lawyers name. Talked to actual landowners???? lawyer. Any info you have I would like to hear. Sherry
