You must be associated with Olympia Minerals since they have permitted an oil well about 1 and 1/4 mile from my 40 acre tract.  It that well produces oil,  you are going to have competition and that would naturally push the lease prices up.  Will you be the early bird that gets the worm?  Us poor folks are looking for a good fair and firm first offer with no games being played.  By the way,  welcome to GHS where the pros browse.

Rather Not,  If you are involved with a company that might start leasing I would think that  company has already done title searches and would know that I have 40 acres in Natchitoches parish.  If they have not already done title searches then they are not interested in leasing.  I am in section 20 of T8N-R8W.  What is your real reason for asking?
