Roger, there are four wells that include Section 10 that were reported complete on 6/12/23. It can take six to eight months before you get division orders or payment on these wells. There are two additional wells that have been drilled but are not as yet reported complete. SWN seems to take longer to pay for new wells than some other operators but they do eventually pay. The four wells that are reported complete are good wells. I imagine you are getting offers to sell your mineral rights. If you consider a sale, let me know. Helping mineral owners get a fair market purchase price is one of the things that I do for GHS members.
