While early results show to be in favor of this area (north of s'port), I think we are still in the elementary testing phase. As more results become available, increase in movement should quickly follow. There is no way to predict the amount of time for this to happen. If you are not satisfied with the offers being made, just keep an eye open for more activity in your area. I believe the interest will pick up, but I do not anticipate a rush ever taking place.
