Shawn, hi I am from San Augustine and we have land south on 705 people around our land have sign at $ 1000.00 acres , we have not sign up yet because rumors have it people are getting alot more.... my husband had talk with a guy by the nmae of Gordon Miller from Devon so here is his phone # 903-571-2273 and his name is Gordon Miller.. not sure what kind of person he is but if you want to give him a call i am sure he will let you know if they are in your area... take care a good luck!!!
