Jay,
I live in North Alabama and have owned land in Caddo Parrish for about 15 yrs. I had decided to sale the land and it has been listed since earlier this yr. When recently searching for info on retaining the mineral rights, I found out about the Haynesville. Call me clueless, but this was the first I had heard of it. The property is 12 acres on Atlanta-Mira Rd. in Rodessa. If I'm stating it correctly, it's S-8, T-23, R-15. Just wanted your opinion on the possibility of the H'ville making it that far North before I made the mistake of selling. Thanks for your help in advance.
