I live in North Alabama and have owned land in Caddo Parrish for about 15 yrs. I had decided to sale the land and it has been listed since earlier this yr. When recently searching for info on retaining the mineral rights, I found out about the Haynesville. Call me clueless, but this was the first I had heard of it.
