Hardy, I have family that live down Los Adias there by you. Petrohawk just called me and said they were interested in their lease and said they were running behind on returning landowner calls. If you are interested in leasing, call the companies yourself or go to their websites and email them your info.

Oh, and I meant to also say that Winchester has not only leased in our area, but has been drilling many wells. It was their well that blew out back in December, causing the evacuations. These are not Haynesville Shale wells, but Cotton Valley and Hosston wells.

Hi, there, I'm in Section 21. Winchester Production Co. has leased in T15N, R13W. There was a completion report in yesterday's Shreveport Times on a well of theirs in Sec. 28, if I remember correctly it was reported to be producing 1900 mcf. There is also a recent permit issued to Winchester in Section 26.

I contacted Petrohawk. I only have 2 acres, but I got a reply email that they were interested, but it would be around 6 weeks before someone would contact me. I got the email address from the Petrohawk website.

Maybe we can keep each other informed?
