I just looked on the Ritchie Brothers website and they have 8 each 594's and
8 each 583's some of which are located in their Fort Worth yard awaiting an upcomming auction. The website provides details and photos of those sidebooms (pipelayers).

Contact Carey Crutcher Inc. listed in Houston Texas phone book. He manufactures and also sells used CRC Pipe bending machines all over the world. I bought a really good one from him for $24,000. Also if you travel north of Beltway 8 out of Houston on Hwy 59 there are a couple of 583's for sale. Ritchie Brothers auction company in Houston also had one on their lot a couple of weeks ago.
