I'm throwing a well spent question out here.....for 2010...?? Anyones thoughts or information regarding the leasing offers this year. I'm in section 7/township 17; just missed leasing around the corner at jefferson paige and parkwood at $17k a little over a year ago. Shortly after we were offered $9500 an acre now the last offer was $1200 approx. 2 months ago. I feel like it is going to be a long time for any leasing with bite in it....but I don't have anything to go on except my gut feeling. Thanks....
