JJ, there are a couple of Haynesville Shale wells ~ 8 miles west of you on the west side of the Red River.

j Jackson.  Few members read blog posts.  And the blog section is not the correct one to post questions like yours.  I suggest that you repost this as a discussion in the Natchitoches Parish Group.  Click View All under the groups listed on the Main Page and join Natchitoches Parish.  Some of the group members may have information regarding the construction of surface location in the township.  The state has no current activity listed in their database.

Not that I am aware of.  Anadarko formed four combo HOSS, CV and HA units in the Alpha Field, 11N - 8W back on August 26 but they have not permitted any wells yet.
