I am trying to find out how much to ask for when negotiating a salt water disposal well on my property. The negotiation is on a price per barrel basis. What should I ask for?

me neither. not a good idea. i just got a lease offer for a saltwater disposal well, and it's for a neighboring property. Uh, i'd say no. they can keep their offer.

Research what you are getting into first! Saltwater disposal wells are not something I would want anywhere near my property at ANY PRICE!
