We received an Authority for Expenditure AFE from TGNR today. They are requesting that we respond within 30 days whether we would like to participate or not and if we participate in the drilling do we want to participate in TGNR's insurance program.This is the first time that we have received anything like this. "Trying not to be too funny, but it was akin to pulling teeth from an unsedated Alligator!
Actions were as follows...
1st - Payments just stopped (3 months)
2nd - Devon sent a letter stating we had been getting overpaid (month #4)
3rd - Silence…"
