We have land 2-3 miles NE of Hurricane that KCS is wanting to extend our lease at $250 an acre at 1/5 royalties. Our lease runs out in a couple of weeks. What section, township, range are you in? Do you know if any of your neighbors are getting offers?

Teddi, We are in Claiborne Parish also. We have 255 acres about 3 miles from Hurricane Cemetary. What company was offering you that amount per acre and what were the lease terms? We are re-negotiating our lease with KCS/Petrohawk in 12 days. I am also talking with other companies. Let me know. Jaybird
