Tim, had some complaints regarding your being degrading to women. I ask that you be a tad more thoughtful in your posts without sacrificing your opinions.

Thin line but a valid point.I do feel some went beyond the not forthcoming part way into the misleading part. You have never read a post where I was in favor of suing to break the lease.I do feel we should own up to what we do.My only beef with you at this point was there wasn't anything to look up or study. Is that O&G's fault ? Maybe. The people that I feel no empathy for are the ones signing bad leases now. 6 months ago I didn't know a shale from a shell. Today is different.I hold O&G mildly responsible for the '06 & '07.First quarter of '08 so so. Everything after that is on us. Thanks for your input. I told someone before that I love and respect my dad more then any human being I have ever known. If I don't agree with everything he say's then there is no way that I will ever agree with everything anybody else says.

So what you are saying is that its o.k. for you because its their job to be misleading ?

I agree that we are responsible for what we do.Does that just include mineral owners and exclude landmen ?
