We are organizing the following sections to assist with negotiating leases: Sec 36, T21, range 16; Sect 25, T21, range 16;
Sect 19, T21, Range 15; Sect 30, T21, Range 15; Sect 20, T21, Range 14
Section 36 strattles Hwy 1 from around Shady Rest Rd and goes north. See what Blanchard and Moorinsport are doing. These groups are on the ball. Good advice to start with is DO NOT elect 1 person to negotiate for you. As you grow, some people will like the decisions made, but many will not. Do not put a sole person in that kind of posistion.

Even if this person has a good reputation you still should not elect 1 person. My reasoning does not only benefit that person, but the entire group. Try to let everyone have input, but you need a board of represenatives with a chairman. Visit www.northparkestates.net for some good ideas. Hope this helps and good luck.
Thanks for your interest. We already have a board and a panel of professionals, including a petroleum engineer, geologist, and oil and gas attorney, among others. We do not intend to let one person take charge of the rest of us. A large number of our group have lived and worked in the oil field most of their lives.
