I am sorry we have talked about that? What exactly are you saying Beth? When I say anyone can go to Chesapeake in person, they can! If they choose to do so. Also if my info is helpful to anyone, then great. I made a simple suggestion, like it or leave it! If it does not work for you, then I am glad the info I gave you in person was helpful for you did not know anything about the Haynesville Shale at all, and asked me what I was talking about? Glad to see your researching as I suggested for your area. Also that you were able to get others aboard as i suggested too! GOOD LUCK!
So if there are 580 members at 20.00 per member....the lawyer is charging 11,600.00 ?
How much land is involved ?
that was under $20.00 i didnt wright that right. i beleave the fees are around $8000.00 for the attorney and as far as land that is info that they are not going to disclose till the negotation and i understand why you dont want them the o/g comp. knowing to much or it could hurt you kinda like playing a football game and the other team having your play book...lol i know the people heading up this group are local and live here in haughton and also has just as much to lose as myself. all the groups in this play that are nonprofit and are there to help there neighbors and community are good people because they dont have to do what there doing and giving up ther time so i have nothing but respect for all of them it sounds like we are all after the same thing here and i wish the best for all.
LOL Good Point !!
We are in section 19 (that is stewart rd just off of 614 or "red point rd") and received 15,000 an acre. and1/4 royalties from Chesapeake. Don't take a bank draft , insist on a check!
Well if you divided the $8000.00 by the almost 2000 property owners we have then well you do the math. It was done the same way with many large groups in the Barnette Shale Play and we learned from them, to include researching this with Bossier Parish Court system and our figures are right and legal.

So, I guess that Coalition in Shreveport is going to charge their members the same way that ez and nikko are projecting we will do when they too are doing this for free. I Dont think so!!!!!!!
