I attached a snapshot of it below.  I am now getting excited as it runs a couple hundred feet North of our minerals.  Woohoo!

AL, Who is the line permitted by and where does it go on the west?
This is the Tenaska 24" line that goes through San Augustine County to Nac. County. It goes through North of town in San Augustine and ties in to the North South line going up through Shelby County.
has it been laid in the ground yet? If it's tenaska, I don't think so. You sure it's tenaska or is it ETC. I do know ETC is in the ground where it ties in north of San Augustine. We were compensated for both crossing our property and tenaska r o w has not been cleared.
AL looking at the map you are correct that it's the Tenaska, but it is not in the ground yet or at least wasn't last week and ROW had not been cleared. The ETC is not showing up on the RRC map and is in the ground. The location I am discussing is the west side where it ties in north of San Augustine.
As of a few weeks ago Tenaska was still filing ROW agreements but an article that ran awhile back is here:
Pipeline Activity Generating 300 Jobs in Sabine County

Addressing Sabine County Commissioners on Monday, Bob Dunson with Tenaska, a Nebraska based energy company, said the current pipeline activity in Sabine County was generating approximately 300 jobs as part of The East Texas Gathering System of natural gas pipelines.

The recent spate of drilling activity in the San Augustine and Sabine County area has created the need for the 103 miles of 24-inch pipeline in Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Nacogdoches and Panola Counties, said Dunson.

According to information provided, the pipeline will deliver more than 1 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day in Texas and other states through the main pipeline and several lateral lines that vary in size from 4 inches to 24 inches.

This map of the East Texas Gathering System shows the main pipelines that will be in place by October 2010. Courtesy of Tenaska

The East Texas Gathering System is a separate endeavor from the Keystone XL pipeline that will eventually take crude oil from Canada to refineries in Port Arthur and Houston.

Construction on The East Texas Gathering System began in April and is expected to be completed in October 2010.
