Mr, Davis, I was wondering if your letter sent to 31 Operating in December 2019 initiated a reply back within 30 days?  We sent a Demand letter to 31 Operating in Rockwall, Texas on January 27, 2020 Demanding a written reply back on non-payment within 30 days. This will probably come out to a law suit also to get paid.
