Thank you for replying.  I saw your reply but can’t find it, but I think you said not much going on but a few wells had been drilled.  We were approached to lease (very few net acres) but in the approach we were told it was a wildcat area.  Very low offer, and very low percentage.  Do you know if this is normal for this area?
