SONRIS runs several months behind on production data. The OGP form does not have to be submitteed right away.

From DNRS OGP form rules:
Each operator of crude oil/casinghead gas and/or natural gas/condensate lease/unit shall prepare a monthly report for each field
in which such lease/unit is located, to be filed on or before the 1st day of the third succeeding month following the month covered by the report, or
within sixty (60) days.
If they fraced again, it is likely that the well was shut in, fraced, and then flowed back. during flow back you would have a high levels of N2, fluids, maybe even some sand, makeing the gas unmarketable.
Thanks Baron, I had that thought just wasn't sure.
So do i look under scout report again in 60 days or so.or is there another site or sect???? for new data.
to early for Dec ck. you will get that one in Feb. I have been receiving royalty checks since 1995 ,you are ok
Thanks jon
Most of the time the company's wait untill they are paid and most of the time it is the buyer that sends you the money, based on the information furnished by the operator.
Not true Robert Jr. I've been receiving royalties for about 2 1/2 years and EVERY check has come from the operator.
It depends on the operator. My company operates wells but allows our buyer to issue royalty checks.
We hate the paperwork, and it saves time.
Thank you everyone. This is all new to me,i guess time will tell. We live and We learn.I'm just thankful for the checks i've gotten so far. I would have never thought when i bought this place, i would get money back on it.
Great deal, huh?

You will get your checks 2 months after the production month. Like you said, in January 09 you got your check representing November, 2008 production. In Feb, 09, you will get Dec 08, and so on. That's the way the accounting works. As far as your 1099 goes, you will only get a 1099 for what you have been paid for.
