Posting in certain forums
I can post in certain forums under "Talk Shale", but not others. There's no "Add discussion" link. How do I activate the forums such as "About this Site" and "Out of Gas"?
I remember something about "following the forum" being on or off, but can't find it right now.

OK, I was confused by the fact that some of my posts had ended up there.
It might be a good idea to note something about "Only moderators may start topics or move topics here" in the headers on the forum list. For instance, "A "just for fun" off topic pen. It's GoHaynesvilleShale.com's answer to disco bowling," sounds like an invitation to post there.
