Noting the numbers in the state lease bids, I wondered how this will further impact So. LA, where they're still struggling to recover from hurricane damages. I also wonder whether this will trigger a shift in the population (location-wise) and how it MAY impact politics. Oh well ... something to keep an eye on, I guess.
