XTO Petroleum Landman contacted some of us last week. We are still in the dark. They are working on all the heirs to prove heirship I guess to get a clear title. What I understand is there has been no royalties paid. And well is listed waiting on completion. I have been to the sight. A lot of legalities involved. There are about 15 of us involved on our Grandmothers side. A lot more on Grandfathers side. I have been informed all of us own the mineral rights forever.
