I have not gotten an offer on my land before. There is a gass well near my property. Undivided 20 acres. My brother and another person leased there part. I did not. I got another call, offering the 1,000 an acre. for my 5 acres. They took a previous offer. The man calling me, asked me not to tell them my offer. Please give me some advice. I recieved an offer of 1,000 per acre for mineral rights in Jackson parish. I need some advice.
