Bill what did you mean when you said you were part of a group that brought a default against Hunt with the 2 year clause? How did your lease read about the 2 year clause?
I'm not sure whether our lease has this clause are not. It mentions a 2 year clause but I am not sure whether it reads the same as your clause.
