I believe companies approach those who have been found to have land specifications that qualify for permits in which to explore oil and gas locations. It is a process. I believe that fracking is not a negative. I have family land leased by SWN . They have respected my land and in my opinion I have no objections to anything that has been done. I have been in this process since 2010.
