I will keep you informed. Is Cody the attorney that got $25,000.00/acre for some Fountainbleau residents ? Tim Weaver built the Nelson's home. He is a builder part time. I have heard that people may sue and annul the contract if the signer was not mentally stable when signing. Some children have had doctors confirm this and have been succesful with other suites. I know Mrs Nelson is sound but please tell her or her daughter that if you talk to them sometime. Mrs Nelson had just lost her husband and could have had temporary mental stress. A judge would probably be very lean on the suites because the companies are not out of nothing. Maybe just a little research and the small check that could be returned even if deposited. You did right not cashing the check. Just keep your eyes and ears open. Lawyers want the money and if there is a way the will try. Again , If you are in casual conversation with the Nelsons just say something like "I heard that some people are filing suite for ................." Her husband was a third generation brick layer and earned every dollar that he ever made. He was a hard working man. He was a little bit nosey , hated republicans but was a good man. I only met his wife and daughter at the funeral. He lost a daughter about a year or so before they moved out there from sunset acres. Please tell them that Randy Ballard that was a city inspector with Jan said hi. When Jan was a bricklayer he worked many years with my wifes step brother Dennis Boyette who passed away years ago. Thanks for getting back with me and I will let you know what I hear around town on this subject and what my attorney says. I hired one of the top petroleum law firms around. thanks again , Jed
