Jean, are you still unleased? If so would you be willing to communicate regarding the deductions currently being taken from your production payments?
Thanks Jean for accepting my invite. I enjoyed your comments about the Palmer Chapel area and the $1000 offers. The best that I had previously heard was $800 in areas South of Alexandria. My property is near Hwy 107 (Paper Mill area - not too far from Palmer Chapel). I got an offer last Spring for $400 from Indigo, but they stopped leasing shortly after that. No other offers since. FYI - I also have some property near Nantachie Lake. No offers there; but good to hear some activity up that way.
