Thanks for the info. He may be right, but I will also do some looking as time permits. I need to go back to the courthouse and Dept of Conservation to check on leases and what area each well unit covers.

I have done some looking at the courthouse, but haven't found all the info we need and not sure if I can find all of it. I was told that I should go to the office of conservation at the state office building and see how much acreage each well has in its unit to determine if we are in the unit held by production. I have not had time to do that yet, but hope to next week. It may be best to let somebody like Twin Cities determine that. If so, the folks in Cane Bend are willing to organize for any offers.
Will keep you posted, and you do likewise.\jim

Have you investigated further the possibility of having the mineral rights in Cane Bend? I spent some time today in the courthouse and at the Dept of Conservation; thus far, it looks good, but must keep searching.

I am interested in joining a group from Cane Bend to check out whether or not we can lease. I own lot 36 and 37. Sounds like you checked it out with Chesapeake and that sounds promising.
