Seems here lately we've gotten multiple letters , phone calls and offers wanting to purchase our mineral rights from different sources. Given what we've received as royalties over the years and the unstable economy it's in consideration but I just don't know the ins and outs of selling and of course not wanting to get conned by not knowing what to expect. What questions should I be asking ?
